The customer can exchange the product or return it for cash back within 14 days of purchasing in conditions of; providing the purchase receipt; product(s) and its/their box(s) should be in the same condition they were when purchased. Noting that USED products will not be exchanged nor returned.

Incase a Refund request has been accepted, kindly note that the amount will be refunded to the customer's account within 1 to 4 working days if Order was paid by K-Net & from 5 to 7 working days if Order was paid by credit cards.
