Brew loose-leaf tea straight in the glass flask: the filter holds the leaves back when you pour. For teas that need only a few minutes, put the leaves in the filter and press the plunger when ready. The lid tips open by itself as you pour, it is 100% drip-free, and a neoprene cover keeps the tea hot.
